XPRESS card and decide on the amount you wish to be loaded onto the
card. Once your card is loaded you can swipe it to pay for purchases
both in-store, at any participating locations or online. Each time you use
the barcard XPRESS card, the amount of your purchase will be deducted
from the balance remaining. The new balance will be displayed on your
receipt or online.

Yes, when using your barcard XPRESS card somewhere a tip may be
appropriate such as a restaurants, bars, night clubs or taxis your transaction
may be pre-authorized for an additional ten percent above your total bill. You
may select or decline the (Gratuity Option Box) upon registering your card
The actual tip amount is your choice. Please be sure the balance on your card
is sufficient to cover the cost of the bill plus the tip added. If not, the transaction
will be declined.

The barcard XPRESS card does not have an expiry date, however, if the card has had
a zero balance for a two year period it is deemed inactive and cannot be used.

Once the card balance reaches zero the card has no cash value and can be reloaded.
We recommend that you retain your barcard XPRESS card if you have purchased
merchandise at least until you are sure you do not intend to return any merchandise.

When making a return, you may be asked to show the server the card used to make
the purchase. The value of the returned merchandise will be credited back to your card
provided the product is in its original condition. No returns will be accepted without a
receipt.

When you register your barcard XPRESS card, your issuer can use your
personal information to issue a replacement card. Be sure to keep a record of
the card number you will need to answer questions concerning recent activity
on your account. Contact the issuer of your card immediately to report your
lost or stolen card. Upon verification, we can freeze your remaining balance
and transfer the remaining balance to a replacement card that will be mailed
to you. barcard XPRESS may charge a small administrative fee of $5.00 to replace
a lost or stolen card. Please note that the remaining balance of an unregistered
card cannot be replaced even if we are notified of its loss or theft. At all times,
please treat your card like cash.

Yes, The barcard XPRESS card is reloadable by simply presenting your card at a
participating store and asking the server to reload it with whatever dollar amount
you choose. If your card is registered, you can also reload online, using a credit card
when the balance drops to an amount that you pre-determine. Please note that if
you are reloading in-store or online, the minimum dollar value that can be loaded
is $25 and the maximum total value on your barcard XPRESS card cannot exceed $200.
Reloading and balance checks can be done for someone else’s card as well.

Yes, you may purchase a barcard XPRESS card for a particular denomination
or choose to enter a custom amount. The minimum dollar value that can be loaded
